ikas was formed in 2000, because we found huge disparities in quality of service, fees and agendas provided by Information Technology (IT) firms for entrepreneurs and small businesses. Working with limited operating capital most small companies can’t afford a full time IT staff member. To leverage technology a company is faced with a few options. The high fees of large consulting firm, whose agenda may not align with a small business’ needs. Expend time to figure it out on their own, hoping the investments will produce the desired results. Gamble with the friend of a friend, that knows something about computers and be left with little or no support the first time a glitch is encountered.

Collectively, ikas draws on decades of Information Technology experience as consultants and clients. The primary trait among businesses is leveraging technology that will drive down operating costs and increase profitability. After this each business is unique in which technology achieves their desired goal of success. ikas identifies what solutions are the best fit within the confines of needs and budget, but will scale as the company grows. After installation ikas will provide ongoing support and a helping hand, ensuring a smooth operation.
